Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Costs
Delivery within Lebanon is currently free of charge.
If a delivery fee ever applies to an order, it will be calculated based on factors such as the destination or the order value, and the final amount will be displayed to you before you complete your order.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days for orders within Lebanon, unless otherwise stated. We do not currently deliver outside Lebanon.
For a gift, you can choose the delivery date at checkout, and we will do our best to deliver on that day.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, carrier performance, or external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Method
Orders are delivered by our own delivery team or by a trusted local courier.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Because our products contain alcohol, orders are handed over only to a person aged 18 or over, who may be asked to show a valid ID. If no adult is available to receive the order, it will not be left at the address.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
We currently deliver within Lebanon only, so no customs duties apply. If we agree in writing to deliver an order outside Lebanon, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country, and for making sure that wine may be imported there. These charges are not included unless explicitly stated.
5. Delivery Issues
If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, or because no adult was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery, and the customer may be responsible for re-delivery fees.
Please check your order when it arrives. A bottle that arrives broken, damaged or wrong must be reported within 48 hours, as described in our Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy.
Shipping fees, where charged, are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, unless the refund is due to our error.
